$131.9 :eek2: :new_Eyecr................... you mean 1.319
Maybe he does mean $131.9. Must be the Mormon tax.
ok. it is 1.31 9/10s and that is still the price today
y'know, why the 9/10th? why not just approve a 1/10 tax increase or a 9/10 decrease and be done with it? it's like all the pricing ending in .99.
It is so nice now that we are seeing other things besides our houses deflating in price.
speaking of which, Flying J filed for bankruptcy.
Think it has more to do with the gas companies. If you raised taxes a tenth the would just charge a whole penny more.
$1.45/gal. appears to be the going rate in this area today.
I havent' been driving by my local gas station so I can't check .. Although California was apparently hit with a couple Refinery issues (one went Bankrupt :shrug and as a result I believe the supply tightened a bit .. so our prices could be higher now.
I paid $1.41 a gallon here yesterday I think.
$1.36 on Rt 36 in Hazlet NJ. $1.35 on Rt 35 in Old Bridge NJ.
.20 a gallon higher just south of there.
I love it... It's been 1.55 to 1.59 since the price of crude dropped from $45 to $36 a barrel. Israel bombs the Gaza Strip, oil jump back to $40 a barrel and gas shoots up to 1.65.
What a bunch of BS!!!!!!
$1.65 in dunmore pa. i will take that over $4.00 in july
because saudi arabia will react and get angry at isreal and by extension us.
$1.40/gal. around here today.
We have a corner here in Vero Beach that has TWO Mobile stations, one on the NW corner and a second on the SW corner, directly across the street from eachother. Normally their prices are fairly close, but, today the privately owned one, Mark's Mobil (on the NW corner) had regular at $1.599, while, at the same time the corporate owned one (on the SW corner) was at $1.699. I'd love to know why the difference. They are both at 43rd Street and SR-60. THeir two grades of premium were the same, $1.999 and $2.099.
Filled up the HONDA last week 1.29.9 a gallon
For whatever reason, and I suspect it's a combination of greed and orneriness, gas prices in Southern California have moved up lately. They're now about $1.87 a gallon in Orange County, up from a low of $1.67 a few weeks ago.
ouch. and we are still at 1.29
Expect gas prices to continue to rise as the price of oil has been rising due to the violence in Gaza right now.
