It also doesn't matter who's President because the POTUS has zero control of gas prices.

MM, is that for the entire US of A, or just for your particular locale, which is...?
Yup, the good old days.
That's so far back I can't remember. :sure:
Reading between the lines on Nick's post.
I paid $2.97 yesterday.

No point in you posting gas prices for your area because we have no idea where your area is.
Good point! Although I'm not specific as to what town I live in, the fact that I live in Union County gives folks who are curious a clue to the fact that I live just Southeast of Charlotte, NC. A lot of folks are very obscure as to where they're located.
You say that as if there is a point to begin with. It's just banter with no tangible purpose. Which is fine of course.
$2.81 here. It doesn't really matter where here is.
Wish I were there ... except I live here and it is not worth driving there and back to get that price.
Some post here simply to banter, but if there's a real purpose to inform, the approximate location is critical. Regional differences are in play. I will never see under $3.00 gas due to the "CA phenom."
Some just think it's clever to be obtuse, others are righteously indignant that others make a suggestion or request to be on point.
