GenieGo App for Windows Repeatedly Crashing

    My GenieGo app worked great on my PC for about a month, now I am getting a consistent crash with this log:

    Any suggestions?

    First thing to try is uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

    Agree. Using the same client version...successfully transcoded more than 45 hours of content the past week to a WIN8.1 tablet.
