I'm watching the Bluejackets @ Wild on Fox Sports North HD (668), and I'm noticing that the audio and video keeps skipping like a bad internet video stream. Anyone else watching this game see this too?

Just watched a couple minutes of it here and there are occasional blips and freezes, with sound dropouts.

Yeah, I'm seeing it too both Saturday and today. I asked on a Wild gameday forum if anyone else was seeing it, and got a no answer from one guy that doesn't have DirecTV. . .

I just emailed both D* and FSN about it. We'll see what they say. D* has a Contact Us page, and FSN has an email address: fsnnorthinfo@foxsports.net

Edit: Quick response from D* by email. . . unfortunately it is a clean miss. It is basically headed towards I probably need my dish peaked, but good news since I have the protection plan they can do that. . . but I don't need my dish peaked. Strong signals across the board; nor am I seeing the issue anywhere other than FSN. I sent back a polite reply explaining why that's not it. . . we'll see if that breaks them out of their usual level 1 response pattern.

Thats discouraging. I wonder if anyone who has cable or E* has similar problems which would indicate a problem entirely on FS North's end.

I have been noticing it also, three different TV's and three different receivers. I know it's a FSN thing not D*. This never happened when the Twins were playing.

I normally only watch FSN live, not recorded, anyone noticed any non-live non-recorded? I am wondering if it's something with there live broadcasting?

Second response from D* after I proved I wasn't a total noob and referenced the thread here as proof that I wasn't the only D* customer seeing it:

"I just wanted to let you know that we received your email and I have forwarded it for special handling. A highly trained specialist will respond as soon as an agent is available (likely within 24 hours)."

We'll see if that gets any further towards a resolution.

For those keeping score, that's two responses from D*; none from FSN yet (who I emailed moments before contacting D*).

Thanks georule for doing the hard work for us! (sending the emails)

We'll have to see if there is any change with it on tonight's Wild @ Senators game from Ottawa.

Yes, I was seeing video freezes and audio dropouts on the Wild/Senators game that just ended a little while ago. Also the audio quality was terrible...a very noticeable 'ringing' 'crinkling' type of distortion at times. It sounds sort of like water bubbling (I actually thought it was the aquarium making that noise until a commercial came on, and the noise went away) which may be from overdriving the audio and/or too much compression. Later I was watching On the Fly and during the highlights of this game there was no audio problems....but On the Fly was using the TSN feed, not the Fox feed that was used during the live game program.

I note the same audio problem with the Fox Sports feed for the Coyotes here in AZ, so it very well may be a Fox problem, which doesn't surprise me in the least. :(

I saw a few instances of it during Wild/Senators last night, but it was a lot better than the previous two games.

Not seeing it in Oilers @ Wild on 668 tonight either. Hopefully they've figured it out.

I've noticed the same thing. All other FSN feeds are fine. So, I sent FSN a "tweet" and finally got a response today from them. " Please contact DirecTV. It is fine for other providers."

Not home tonight so I can't comment on tonights feed.

Watching Blues @ Wild tonight the glitching seems to be back. Can anyone else tune in and confirm?

I see it and man is it annoying. Kinda like it's skipping a few seconds ahead. Also I am not seeing it on the commercials.
