Good E* Customer service experience

    I have been having trouble with my 722 for about a week. Yesterday it didn't record 2 programs - so I finally call tech support.

    I have had less than perfect customer service from dish in the past so I had all my ducks in a row ready to do battle After the damn automated voice for some reason thought I wanted to program my remote, I ended up talking to a pleasant American woman who listened carefully, put me on hold for a minute and said they would need to send me a new receiver. Total time including the auto bot 14 minutes - not bad at all. Now hopefully I can get through the week without loosing any recordings :eek2:

    14 minutes is not bad at all. Seems to me that more calls are being answered stateside which is a good thing.

    Keep pressing 0 until you get to the customer service...I think it is 3 or 4 0's.....
