I have done a reset several times and the guide will display correctly for a few hours then regular schedule displays again. I did a on line re activate with similar results. I did a system check and it displays Error Code 12-182. call 1-800, 531 5000. I called and was told nothing could be done as I do not subscribe to a maintenance agreement. I have three receivers a H20/100, H20/200 and a standard def RCA. I have been a DTV subscriber for over 20 years and feel DTV should just replace the H20/100 with a equal value unit. As the lady said she could not replace the receiver I cancelled the sub for the H20/100. I may just order a new HD standard unit however I feel it would be unfair to lock me in for two more years of DTV service and $99 for a replacment receiver when its the HD20/100 problem .
