H20-600 saga

    It's too bad you live in Florida. It's a two-party notification phone call recording state. Of course, you can just tell THEM (like they tell you) that you are recording the conversation. Then record the phone call. Then you'd have pocket aces.

    They never billed me,i was going to hold on to it to make sure and bring it to BB but Barb threw it in the trash because she got tired of me living stuff around.

    Same for me, I had a H20-600 that finally burned up. I had the rep put notes on my account that they didn't want the box back, didn't have any problems except I got an H21 with no OTA.

    I assume your boxes are all leased? Are you S.O.L. if you own your H20-600? I own one that still works perfectly. A bit hot to the touch but still perfect.

    I had an owned h20-600 that pretty much burned up and was having errors requiring reset multiple times a day, about two years ago. I had heard about the recall through this site and called a rep and got a replacement, also owned status.

    I just deactivated an h20-600.They wanted it back and sent a box.They unit worked flawlessly for 3yrs.

    Yes.. me too.. I just re-activated mine.. it does get hot though... :eek2:
