I am letting the D* installer into my next door neighbors(he is away) house for a new HD single receiver install. I am only familiar with HR20's and not the H series tuners, so I would like to verify a couple of things. 103c and 99c become 103b and 99a on the H21/23, I believe. I know what the signal strengths should be, mine are peaked very well, do the H series tuners indicate close to the same number values? For instance our local HD come from 99s TP15 and my HR20 indicates 99, should the H21/23 read the same number value? I remember they are slow to some up when testing. I want to ensure he has no trouble with his new system, I referred him:) Thanks for helping an old guy out.

yes, "within a few points", but you may need to "test" after the new software updates, as the "old stock" version may not report as well.

I have a H21-200 and it has the 99c, 99s, 103c, 103s in the satellite signals menu. It should still read the same value as the HR2X series receivers since it is pooling the same information.

Thank you both very much. Exactly what I needed.
