    Richardson,...
As I understand it, July 1 is the 182nd day of the year (183rd in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. 183 days remain until the end of the year. It is the last day of the first half of the year. The end of this day marks the halfway point of a leap year.

Here's hoping that the second half is not as exciting as the first half, and a better half too.

I'm hoping folks start listening to Tony Fauci.

I stopped saying that three years ago.

I work in a world of tech where I try to make things "idiot proof". The idiots have been improving their skills faster than I can keep up. :)

    I understand what you're saying.....:)

Just when you think you have things idiot proof - out comes a better idiot.

Our rules won't allow me to comment, not the way I'd like to.

Dr. Fauci says the virus is going to get worse. And we have the election madness ahead of us, too.

He said it could if people don’t change habits to help slow it. In other words the people who don’t believe it’s a thing need to take it seriously.

No we don't. People will catch it, people will die, people will recover. Just like they have for any other virus (read - common cold, influenza, etc,)

Over 2/3 of those who catch it will be asymptomatic or mild cases (probably better than 90-95%).
