Then don't read them. Don't repond to them. Where did I say anyone had to?

But I'll bet all of W's lies, and the huge chunks of his life he doesn't want to talk about don't bother you a bit do they?

Clinton's book is just as well written, insightful, honest, forthright, documented and unbiased as 99% of other Presidential memoirs written over the years.

Then post them. Who is stopping you? Man, some of you want some kind of censorship on this board. I post information and you act like only one side can be heard. I'm not telling you to even read it. I post it for information .

Who said anything about censorship? You seem to think that you can post but no one should comment. While that is not censorship per se (petulance maybe) I dont see anyone saying anything about censoring you.

Why should I take the time to post them? I'm just asking you if it bothers you that there are huge chunks of W's life he doesn't want to talk about? Since it bothers you that there were areas of Clinton's life he didn't want to talk about.

We do allow both Dish and Directv comments here but when someone post a comment showing the media making up complete lies some of you go crazy. When I made the comment that you can look at any newpaper on any day and see lies I stand by that. Jayson Blair is just one that was found out. I believe many more are still working for the news services.
Not everything in the news is wrong but many stories picked up in the Portand Maine and Bangor Newpapers are nothing more then AP, New York Times, wire stories with stories that are out to destroy the President. They tried it with Reagan too. They don't look over a wire story to see if its true or not. They just print. it.

The paper may be in Kingston but the bookstore is in Woodstock.

I wish I could tell you that mobs were waiting at the door when we opened," said Barry Samuels, co-owner of the Golden Notebook in Woodstock, where "My Life" occupied an entire display window. "But I guess it's a little slower up here than in the urban areas."

Like what? Bush has nothing to hide. I worry more about what the media and what people like Michael Moore are doing. Do they want some harm to come to the President? Why did Time tell the location of the secret bunker that Vice President stayed at during 9/11 and during any terrorist threat level? Why in the world would they do this?

In new editions, TIME revealed "Site R," an underground bunker on the Maryland-Pennsylvania border where the Vice President spent much of his time in 2001.

TIME wrote: "Deep under Raven Rock Mountain, Site R is a secret world of five buildings, each three stories tall, computer filled caverns and a subterranean water reservoir. It is just 7 miles from Camp David."

Maybe the reason that they allow comments by and about Dish Network and DirecTV here is that this is a DBS forum.

We also allow political commentary in the appropriate sub forum. But when you post there you leave yourself open for people replying and often those replies are by people with different opinions. You can if you choose say that everyone else should stop reading your posts if they dont like them. But it is unlikely that they will stop replying to them.

Perhaps you don't mean it that way but you seem to be telling others that they have no right to comment. Again you can do that if you want to but it largely just turns people off. They become so angry at the messenger that they disregard his message.

By the way have you ever heard the phrase "bunker mentality"?

For a guy with nothing to hide, there sure is a lot of his life he doesn't want to talk about.

And what was he running for in 1972? How about something in the last 20 years. You seem to forget that the Clinton reports come from when he was in public office. I voted for democrats all the way up till 1994 but I got sick of my own party. Remember folks, The democrats are not the John F. Kennedy democrats anymore. I admired John F. Kennedy in many ways but the democrats of today have lost it.

and this is funny. If salon itself said it was made up would you believe it?
Read this . http://www.salon.com/news/feature/1999/10/20/hatfield/ Looks like he lied about the whole thing. Hmm.

You keep pitching them in while I keep hitting them out of the ballpark.

Well duh, why do you think I posted it.

My point is you post these articles about nonsense and back them up with nothing.

You post a story that salon itself said it not true.
