Anyone know anything about NESN in HD. I was told that it would be included in the 1st rollout. I called and the CSR from retention said I should be getting it. I have all the other new HD channels but not that one.

I was expecting MSGHD, and FSNYHD to launch with the new channels. While I am thrilled that we finally have new HD, I was wondering when the regional Sports channels would be launched? Any ideas?

Indeed. The only channel in the 600s seems to be VS/GOLF HD.

I still have some hope. Didn't they say they would be carried for games only? 10 days 'till the Rangers play, right? Cross your fingers.

They've been saying they will launch 40 more by end of October. I'd expect 10-20 or so every couple weeks. Last rumor that I read was that most of the RSN's are launching in October.

I get YES in HD (ch 622). Not sure why. I like to watch the Yankees lose in HD.

I was hoping for MSGHD also. Watch some New York Rangers Hockey in HD.
Right now I only have SNYHD home of the Mets and YES network.

    Yes, we do.

HGTV and Food Network will probably be among the other 40-odd channels rolling out through October.

I was wondering how long it would take for a post like this. :) Are 21 new HD channels not enough to keep you busy for at least a couple hours? You just can't please a crowd.

Those channels and another 20ish are coming in October.

That was the first thing I checked this morning when I heard the channels rolled out. Went to 231 thinking to see food net in hd and no love. I almost stopped looking for the rest of the hd channels.

On the HD programming section of the D* website you can put in your zip code to see what RSN is available. Mine showed Fox Sports South (630) and said that it IS available in HD. However, as of now the HD version isn't in the guide.

Most of the shows I watch are on 3 channels:
    *History
    *Discovery
    *Science

    So I'm happy for a while. :D

Now let's get Sci-Fi and National Geographic and I'll be set! :)
