    Starting out, at least half of their prime time line up will be in HD. They are also producing with virtually all of their new programs in HD. By early to mid '08, prime time HD content will be up to 65%.

    Maybe it's time to buy a new TV? For me a simple press of a button on my remote returns the image to 4:3 and the image looks much better than the SD version for me. There is DEFINETLY an improvement in watching the HD version of the channel over the SD.

    I've got a new TV and have the ability to stretch an UNstretched channel, but not UNstretch a stretched channel. I believe most 16:9 TV's are like this, regardless of their age.

    Same here. My Pansonic Plasma takes care of all the stretch problems and it looks great. Good addition since we already watch this channel frequently.

    No, my HDTV's are perfectly fine. I don't want to get into another "don't make the decision for the viewer" thread so I'll just leave it at that because this thread is about this channel. We already have a few threads here and at avs about this subject.

    However I hate the fact they are stretching and will not watch this channel.
