I don't watch CBS much, but the Channel 3/WISC/CBS braodcast has looked absolutely terrible yesterday and today while watching some football games. LSU/Alabama yesterday, and currently Colts/Steelers. Both broadcasts are riddled with TERRIBLE mpeg compression artifacting. Other local braodcasts have not had this issue. Anyone know if it's WISC-TV's fault or DirecTV?
Lately there have been a lot more sound issues with Fox47.
The problem has been documented in other forums on this site, but if I am to understand correctly this forum is actually monitored by either DirecTV and/or the local broadcast companies.
To be more specific the sound stutters almost non-stop and occasionally the picture would disappear and then reappear. Sometime this would correct the audio issues and sometimes not. The sound issue always occurs after returning from a commercial.
It happens on both my HD DVR and a second HD receiver.
Fringe was terrible on Fox47's feed to D* last night.
I had to turn it off.
