Yes I have a compass, but every time I put it on the LNB arm, it gets a little screwy. Where should I put it?

What do you mean sweep the mast slowly?

Thanks for all your help, BTW.

You do realize that the mast twists allowing you to bring in plumb without having to remount it right?

Looks like you can tighten the mast and move to the fine tuning adjustments for 99/103

B-Band Converters? I thought I don't need it. I can see TNTHD, but my locals and most of the other HD channels are "773"

So, do I need to fine tune the tilt and elevation to get 99/103?

Set the tilt to the correct published angle first.

You need a BBC for a H21-200. Not for a H23. If you have the H21, you need a BBC.

tighten up the 3 bolts on the mast now. loosen up the 2 bolts underneath, that allow you to fine tune left and right. tighten the inside nut on the elevation, and loosen the other 2 outside ones. start fine tuning it. then tighten all 5 nuts. then patch all those Fng holes you got up there !!! post your signal levels for 99 + 103

D'oh! Is that why I have red Xs?

Will do! It's dark out so it will have to wait. Those holes are no big deal, it's just a wall that's not attached to anything. :whatdidid

Yea. Without the BBCs the receiver can't see the 99/103 so no matter what you do to the dish, you'll never get signal from those sats.
Put the BBC on and I bet you'll have atleast a weak signal from one of those sats already.

Yes. You need BBC's with an H21 in order to see 99 and 103.

For what it's worth, I didn't add the bold... It was in the original post.
