I just got DISH installed on Sunday and overall I like the layout and equipment but one thing I have noticed that is kind of irritating me is with the guide.. For whatever reason the guide is not properly fitting the screen where it's cutting things off. I have tried messing with the format and all of that and it hasn't done any good. It's on 16:9 and it's on normal format I believe it's called but it still isn't right. I also tried using the main TV remote to mess with the format and that didn't do any good, either.. Have any of you ran into this? I would appreciate any tips/advice!

go into settings, select TV, then select adjust screen and make your adjustments

But, note if you have a 1080 TV It's better to set the TV to pixel to pixel or the TV's equivalent. Then the screen adjustments are not necessary and you have reduced signal processing overhead.

The screen adjustment only affects the DISH overlays not the channels you watch

Sent from my iPhone using Chrome.

I don't have a clue what this means. All of my TV's are 720P TV's. Sorry, I'm just not up on some of this stuff lol

If your TVs are 720p, the adjustment menu from Dish was the correct procedure.
