Has anyone else had this problem? Often I have to hit the reset button after using the Netflix app.
I have not heard of the HWS freezing after using Netflix. There are some things I want you to check for me, will you please press the buttons of; Menu/Settings/Diagnostics/Point Dish/ Check Switch/Test.
Once all test complete, try using Netflix again then exit out to see if the issue persist. If so, please PM me with the phone and 4 digit PIN numbers, I will submit a report to get this resolved for you.
