I never said directv was at fault for the weather. I said a loss of service is unacceptable. the only times a loss of service is appropriate is if someone who has no idea what they are doing tries to upgrade or peak their own dish signal and breaks something. if you are dumb enough to try to fix something you have no clue how to fix then you deserve no service. but for the money we pay a month, i expect service to work all the time.
