The post is directed at Earl, though I'm certain most everyone here would like to know too. I am considering recylcing the boxes for the components that came with the SWMLine setup, but I want to be certain that DirecTV is done with everything before I toss them in the bin. Can we toss them or should we continue to hold on to them a bit longer? Are there parts we need to send back yet? What is the current situation with respect to the parts and the containers?

:hi: Yep, I have the pool table covered in boxes and the wet bar has the rest of the component lying on it, and I'm putting in a new deck in a few days and I am planning on throwing a party and I want to find either a permanent spot or get them to recycling so they are out of the way. :goodjob: :stickman: :whatdidid :icon_bb:

Me too. I keep thinking I'll take my spare Slimline and box it up nice and neatly.

I am actually off this weekend. Sounds like the right time to get the extra equipment boxed up.

I must admit I am bad for collecting boxes that electronic stuff comes in. That is about all that is in the attic of my workshop. Last summer I finally threw away the boxes to a computer I bought in 1990, a Dell 486/66....lol......That is not the norm but I do keep them a long time after purchase "just in case"......hehe

    Chicago -...
Should we keep the box for the installation meter or won't we be sending these on to other lucky field testers?
