I will be moving to a different house soon, and have a connectivity question.... I have two DVR's attached to my living room TV, HR-20 & HR-23. (one is for 'our shows', and the other is for my wife's shows.) Currently, there are 4 cables coming from the satellite dish to the two DVR's. That seems to make some sense, since each DVR has two tuners. With interest, I've been reading the HR-34 messages, and love the 'one cable' concept. I am very interested in the HR-34's, but all the messages about bugs are making me leery. After further reading, it appears that with a SWM dish and 4 way splitter, I could use one cable run into the house from the dish and feed both tuners on both of my existing DVR's. Is that correct? If so, that may be the way to go for now. I'd hate to run 4 cables through the wall of the new house, but I'm also not feeling the 'warm and fuzzy' about the HR-34. So... can my 2 DVR's be fed from one cable run? Is that type of install something that the D* installer should be able to handle? Also, what are your thoughts on the HR-34.... is it very buggy, or are only the people experiencing bugs posting messages and there are a lot of (quietly) satisfied users out there? Thanks for your time and knowledge!
