Mine works. However, it only started working a week ago.

I have been trying to see if this worked at every opportunity and it alway had the other two DVRs listed.

It wasn't until Feb 18th that the HR21-100 showed up.

My last name begins with a B(thus MicroBeta).

Is it going alphabetically...maybe by account number...random generator...

I dont use remote schedule on a regular basis so I dont know when it showed uo, but last night my HR21-100 was in the list. My last name begins with D so maybe the alphabet does have something to do with it??:) :)

speak of the devil....Mine was not included in my scheduler this morning. Only the two HR20 machines.....I went and checked again a few minutes ago and now it is there...hehe...I set up a recording to test it.....That is cool, and on a Sunday at that....Go D*

Oh, and my last name starts with an "S".....so I have no idea how they are deciding "who and when". I do know that when DVR scheduler was first implemented to us CE junkies I was one of the first to get it.

Recording One show on the afternoon of Sunday Feb 24, 5:00-5:30pm, Local PBS SD - This Old House

The live tuner was on TMCHD Ch544 MPEG4 - The Keeper 4:40-6:20pm

Started watching This Old House at about 5:45pm.

I had paused This Old House for a little while but I don't remember how long.

I finally finished watching and deleted This Old House but don't remember exactly when. We then shut off the TV but not the HR21-100 which we never put in standby.

At 7:25pm we turned the TV on The Keeper was on. Thought that was weird and wondered how long that movie was. I pressed the Play button and found that the buffer was rewound the full 90 minutes.

This is the second time this has happened in two days. I think the likely hood that we rewound a full 90 minutes twice is very small. Although, I can't imagine anyway this could be a glitch. Between the two episodes of weirdness I did do a menu restart(vain attempt to see if maybe there was something in the stream).

I downloaded my first HD VOD yesterday.

    No issues it worked.

I have a question though. How does VOD work?

I selected the movie and it didn't show up in my play list for about five minutes. The other shows I downloaded started immediately.

When I press select what happens? Is there a big honkin' server farm somewhere?

Is it all in the same location or are is it spread out...or mirrored and it downloads from the least busy site?

Just some random thoughts that came to mind when I selected this movie.

Happened again with Medium last night. Went to watch it, black screen. Recording was fine on HR20-700, HR20-100, and HR10-250.

I now think this weirdness is caused by the user (my bad) and not the firmware.

In Weirdness #1, we had Ghost Whisperer paused for a long time.

In Weirdness #2, we had This Old House paused for a shorter amount of time but then shut off the TV after we were done watching it.

In both Weirdnesses (that's a weird word) if I had paused the live tuner prior to watching the recording, it would explain everything.

When we got back to live TV it would have seemed like the live buffer was rewound 90 minutes when actually it "unpaused" when it accumulated 90 minutes from the pause point.

Not so weird any more is it?
