We haven't had anything set to record on this DVR for a couple weeks. I'm really leaning towards it being a problem only because we have but one cable connected. Normally the DVR would probably use the "background" tuner to record showcases, but since we effectively only have one tuner in our situation, it has no choice but to use that one. If this is the case, then the problem is that it doesn't change it back to the previous channel when it is done. Of course this is all just a guess.

Slow remote response... Very slow remote response when recording (not sure if it's OTA/AM21 related or if it happens when D* channels are recording as well; will pay closer attention).

Will be very happy when we (DM Iowa) get Sat locals next month, if they stay on schedule; I keep losing The CW HD (23.1). Have to go through resetting the antenna settings to get it back but it doesn't last long. I'm missing Smallville & Supernatural half of the time :(...

I have to say that the response time getting the remote to do anything has been really, really slow with this CE. I thought it had gotten better but alas it's just the opposite.

I know it's late to be reporting this but saw the above post and just wanted to add my experience.
