As folks have seen, the new boxes are already arriving.

H24-700 systems were either all (or mostly) shipped yesterday. If you don't get it today, it's probably only because it did not actually ship yesterday.

HR24-100 systems were shipped today to everyone with the exception of a couple of folks. I have sent a direct PM to those folks already.

The systems should come pre-activated so it should only be a matter of plugging them in and using them (except for maybe a BBC issue).

HR24-100 folks, prepare to get your units tomorrow :)

There will most likely be a CE for the new folks tomorrow. I'm trying to find out if there will be a CE for the older models ..

Thanks Doug! Although my equipment listing on D* account page lists HR24-500?

The HR24-100s and H24-700s are probably not actually in DIRECTV's systems yet.

    Nice!

I saw elsewhere that some round 2 folks got boxes today. For those who did, did they come with a DECA adapter? I ask because the release notes are requesting that MRV testing only be conducted with SWM/DECA.

I was one of the unlucky ones who had account issues. I called them, as I told Doug, and they were unsure why I had a problem & that my account was great. I ended up getting 12 months free HD Access, $15 off per month with Premier for 6 months by just saying don't auto-renew ST. Nice!

No DECA adapter came with my H24-700. I am still hoping it will come later...

I thought Doug said the round 2 folks could connect whoever they wanted to, ethernet or DECA if avaiable.

Oh good. Missed that. I was looking at the old release notes.

So if it's not prohibited, I'm assuming they probably just won't want to hear about MRV issues if we're not connected DECA.

Along with an additional receiver charge of... 50 cents. :scratchin

Not complaining, but I thought we were getting charged the full additional receiver charge.
