    Hi all,

    I've searched but cannot find the answer. I have a SWM16 spliter connected to a fairly new LNB. The LNB was installed when the 54 was added.

    Presently one leg of the 16 feeds 4 HR24s (8 tuners) and the other feeds a HR54 and C61K( 5 tuners?). Is it possible to feed the HR54 and one HR24 from the same side of the SWM 16? I'm having a wire issue in a place I cannot run a new line.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    I think that should be fine.
    You can also change out the LNB to a newer one that supports more tuners than you have and do away with the SWM 16.

    Eight tuners per side of the SWM16.
    Two tuners for each HR24;
    Five tuners for the HR54 and the C61K uses the HR54's tuner.
    So moving one HR24 to the HR54 side is ok.

    As long as you don’t have a c61k client.

    Since you have a C61K you must have a RB LNB --Dump the Swm16 and the Swm LNB you have will support 21 tuners on a single wire -- If your setup for 4K service then your HR54 is using 7 tuners (not) just 5.

    Eample -Down Lead -- goes to s SWM 2 way - One leg goes to a swm 8 way -leg 2 goes to a Swm 8way

    Your PI goes to the first swm 8way Port 1 - Connect your recivers to the 8way any way you wish.
