Pragmatic: Really feel for the hassle that you are going through. FWIW, I had problems with the new HDs, too. D sent out a tech who replaced the older AT-9 with a new Slimline stating the older dish was defective--probably bad LNBs. Though when I initially contacted D, they said there would be a $70 charge, it ended up being free due to defective dish. Hope this happens for you.
