You are pointing your 3LNB dish at the wrong satellite. 110 is seeing 119 and 101 is seeing 110. You need to move your dish slowly about 8-9 degrees to the "left" (while standing behind it).

Sounds like you're locked onto the 110 with the 101 LNB.

    Mike typed faster :(

Go about 9 degrees east, then you might need to try a little up/down.

    Let me play,

Is the mast plumb? What dish have you selected in Menu?

The 101 = 101 degrees west longitude......9 degrees west is the 110 and nine degrees west of that is the 119.

Set your sat meter on the receiver to the 101 sat and peak that.

    Practice with the Birdog.

Are you doing installations as a regular job?

Well, the satellites are there. Could anything be blocking your dish's view of the main 101ºW satellite? You know that the dish works because you were able to get signals, just from the wrong satellites.
