I thought I saw a commercial last week that this package was free for 3 months. I went to log in to see but my account was disabled all weekend due to merging with myAT&T.com. So today I check and sure enough I’m on the new platform, but when I go to add channels or packages it just spins and spins and spins. I tried mobile and also desktop site. Is this the standard experience when being moved to the AT&T billing platform?
