ISP's to Offer Web Site Access Packages?

    If the cable TV model of buying a package from your ISP that included access to newspaper content were offered, would you pay? From the New York Times:
    On the surface, it seems like a viable idea if priced reasonably. Right now I read material from many news sources.

    As long as there's one free source out there, I'll use that one.
    To have the Internet go the way of subscription TV, wherein you pay to watch commercials, would be a tragedy.

    Nip it in the bud and don't support this kind of behavior. :nono:

    The alternative could be simple bloggers .. not sure this is a good thing or a bad thing .. It could be troublesome to have no news sources, but the standard "paper" is probably going to go away.
