I live in NE Seminole county Georgia which is bordered by Decatur county to the east. Both counties are in the Tallahassee/Thomasvile DMA. I can not get local channels...DISH says it's the FCC in that Seminole county has been retained in Dothan Alabama DMA...no explanation. Why can't I have Dothan local chanels? (laughter) I have been told by DISH that I am not in the SPOTLIGHT of their bird's signal while Decatur county is 5x5. Does anyone know why or have a resonable explanation for this....I have tried contacting the FCC but they won't return my calls.

FCC has explanation. Just make a pain of yourself, maybe they will let you know why.
