Sure hope the clouds go away by tonight. Should be a good show if they do. Here's a link from 101.5. Check the map and see if you're in an area that can see it.

Very cool. I'm signed up for aurora watch, so if I get a really good chance, I'll get a phone call.

I saw all sorts of things near Iceland, I've never seen anything in NJ. I see nothing but blue skies to the west.

I was out and didn't see a thing. I even tried using my camera. The CCD can pick up aurora stuff not visible to the naked eye....Nuthin'.

    Bummer.

I saw the aurora once for a couple of minutes from the bridge of my submarine. We were pretty far north and I had a good view. Pictures at night don't come out taken from a rolling submarine though...Bummer Again. :(

A couple of months back a friend traveled to Maine (from CT) to get some pictures. They didn't see much but the pictures were pretty spectacular.

I've seen the Aurora Borealis many times and that picture in the link doesn't look like any of the aurorae that I've seen. Looks like it was too far away from the actual aurora. At least someone saw something. I kept popping out of the house from eight o'clock on and saw nothing. Stars, clouds, no Northern Lights.

We saw it so many times we got used to it. Also saw St. Elmo's fire. At least that's what we were told it was. Scared me half to death first time I saw it. Thought the masts were on fire. The northern reaches of the North Atlantic are no place to fight a fire.
