I just received this email from the non-profit OTA streaming service Locast:

"Today, we went live in Atlanta and Phoenix and we're excited to be serving Atlantans and Phoenicians local weather reports, emergency information, and professional and college football."

"Locast is now in 15 markets across the country, serving almost 40 million TV Households. Hundreds of thousands of those fans have enjoyed local news, weather and sports on Locast. We’re thrilled to offer Locast in two more markets."

I just learned about them recently. I live almost exactly halfway between Baltimore and DC, but my zip code is technically in the DC reception area, so I can't get Baltimore stations through Locast even though it is available in both cities. This really sucks when the Ravens and Redskins are both playing on the same network and the Ravens game is blacked out in DC. Is there a way to get it to show programming from other cities?
