I was flipping through the channels and my screen comes up and say locked channel. I changed a few more channels and each one said the same. What does that mean? It was on a standard hughes reciever.

Also I have a phase three dish. I put the reciever on the oval 3 setting and over night it changes back to round what's up with that?

    Thanks for the help.

I don't recall, it was a one time deal. It has not done it since.

    Thanks for the reply.

I have low signal strength in the 70's across the three satellites with a phase III dish. I think the low signal causes the problems with the reciever and the locked channels. The person who dialed in the dish didn't spend a lot of time. I know I can get a beter signal as it was always 96 with the older dual line LNB.

You need to have that Phase III dish tweaked. I have that dish and get mid 80's to mid 90's on most transponders. Exceptions being the spot beams and 30 and 32 on 101.
