[long rant] Dish "automated" screwup--and VERY unhappy customer

    I only had a problem with my autopayment and it was when my CC expired, but after that never had another problem. But look at this, I work for DTV recovering the receivers of write-off and voluntary cancel customers and about 80% of the cases are because DTV charged too much. I even had a case of a customer that called his cotract and still received for 6 more months the statements telling that his payment was received, turned out that an old lady with a bank account in the same place as this man was being charged with the monthly bill of this customer without her knowing this.
