Call the standard for customer service. Talk like you intend to cancel your service or are unhappy with some aspect of it, and they may transfer you to retention. I suspect their "script" tells them this the workflow to follow; I could be wrong but I doubt they have any direct connection to put customers in direct contact with retention other than through the CSR or IVR. (Would be interested to hear if that's not right. I just can't imagine them giving a direct line to the retention department.)

800-824-9077 is a direct line to retention. If I ever have an issue over pricing, I call them and I always leave the call happy.
