Ever wonder if you're living in the best part of the country, or if you could do better
elsewhere? If you're 45 to 65 years of age, or over 65, take this interesting "test"
    to discover your ideal locale.

At the end of this comprehensive, but fun questionnaire, sponsored by AARP, you
will get back the top ten locales for your preferences, with links to eachone , any
of which may be more ideally suited to your own unique needs and lifestyle.

    http://web02.bestplaces.net/aarp/ls/

Also, you can get demographics for your own area by going to www.bestplaces.com,
which says "Our neighborhood profiles contain almost 100 pieces of data on every
zip code in the United States. Enter a zip code to get our profile for that zip code."

Must be you - I rechecked my results with a different browser (no cookies) -- still got ten returns.

Perhaps those who have "no results" have higher standards. :D

It would be nice if they gave a "best match" to the choices made.

What they are telling me is my "dream community" doesn't exist.

Perhaps your ideal locale can be found on another planet.

I just reviewed your selections, Jason, and, quite frankly, I think expecting a bar, a
low-rent cathouse and a liquor store on every corner is a bit much. If you lower your
standards a tad, you can join Richard and me down here in hurricane alley. We can
hang out and talk about how we're going to hack digital tv on the day analog dies. :D

Interesting. All of my 10 are in the San Francisco area where I spent a fair amount of time when I was growing up.

That website is discriminatory against age. Not everyone on the planet is 45 and older. Some how San Freaksicko was my #1, yeah I'll stay here in Buffalo.
