    I agree with you. Nothing will change concerning SNLA and I hope they NEVER give in. SNLA shows other pro sports teams the line has finally been drawn on the outrageous prices the rsn's were trying to push for.

    I highly doubt that ATT will make many changes to the people who have been handling negotiations for DIRECTV. This means that the mentality will still be the same unless the CEO from ATT just says to make a deal. So while I won't say that he wouldn't ever do that I do believe that he will look at the same cost analysis and probably lean to the same decision.

    Also, Dan York, the Chief content officer at DIRECTV used to be at AT&T. Although that probably makes little difference other than he probably knows many of them from before. Now he's back with AT&T due to the merger. Just pointing it out though.
