Mini genie to feed picture to tv in the same room using HDMI cord. Does the Mini have another "out" connection to send picture to tv in a different location via coax cable?

    No to coax output.
You can buy HDMI splitters and a long HDMI cable and run to the second TV.

you can get the 10 PIN composite cable for the Genie mini along with an RF MOD to send the signal to the other TV via coax

Yes, you can do that with the dongle but it's not going to work very well The box can only output one type of guide (HD vs SD) at a time and it will keep nagging you to change to SD resolution. The HDMI splitter, or using component (red/green/blue, plus red/white for audio - another dongle) are better solutions. Or if you don't want to run all those cables, get a component to composite converter (monoprice $45 or so)

Or you can just get the composite dongle for $10... :)
