MLB and DishTV w/o FSN?

I need some opinions on this. Dish has blacked out FSN so I cannot watch MLB games until 2 hours after the game. Now if FSN wasn't included in Dish TV wouldn't I technically be able to see the MLB games live because FSN isn't a part of Dish TV making the MN Twins available to view in the Minnesota area????.

Or am I now considered without any cable or satellite service and therefore just an antenna tv, does that give me the right to watch mlb my local baseball live?
