Considering MLB Extra Innings via Dish as a lifelong Yankee fan in Northern Indiana. Anyone have any comments regarding Dish & MLB Extra Innings after they got back in that game last year? Just interested in how well Dish handles things as far as blackouts, games in HD, whether they have the Yankee home broadcasts and so forth. Thanks for any reviews.

From the schedule I saw last year, YES telecasts were rare, and some games weren't carried at all if the only feeds available were YES, SNY, Root Southwest, Sportsnet LA, CSN Philly or Rogers SportsNet. More feeds became available in the summer when MLB was the only sport, so there were no more NHL and NBA conflicts preventing extra feeds.

The channels listed by KyL416 would more often than not be an SD only feed "when" they were active in a particular night's games. MLB Network, FS1, ... would have YES and Sportsnet LA in HD on occasion. It's still a good deal for baseball junkies. Try it for a season and see if it fits your needs.
