Watching the games on DVR makes it a lot easier to skip the commercial breaks and o the dead spots in the games. It's worth it to me to pay more for Extra Innings instead of just streaming the games.

I just got my DirecTV bill, which shows my second installment of EI. I'm not too concerned about the charges. It will get adjusted once we know how much, if any, of the season will be played.

I got an email today regarding MLB EI

"...We are also taking the following steps for our customers who subscribed to MLB EXTRA INNINGS this season:
    • Postpone all 2020 MLB EXTRA ININNGS charges. Previous payment(s) made toward your subscription will be credited to your account in 1-2 billing cycles.

    • When MLB announces the season start, we will restart your charge(s), beginning with the first installment. If at that time it has been determined that the retail price of MLB EXTRA INNINGS should be adjusted, the amounts you are charged for the 2020 season will automatically reflect that adjustment.

    • We have extended the cancellation deadline this season from one to two weeks after the start of the 2020 season, once announced by Major League Baseball.
Thank you for being a valued DIRECTV customer.

Just checked my DIRECTV account online. Received a $183 credit plus $12.81 Tax Credit on my account for MLB Extra Innings. I am a happy camper this Friday. And MLB Extra Innings is still showing on my programming. Lovely. :D

Just found this thread...I’ve been waiting for a $183 refund for 2 months and I’ve gotten nothing but runaround. Does anyone know if the refunds come in waves or was it everybody at once?

If there is no baseball this year, next year's Extra Innings package will cost $1.89.

With everything that’s happening right now. MLB would be foolish to even attempt starting a season. Way Way WAY TOO much bad is going on.

if the NHL and NBA can do it , the MLB will be killed if both other league come back this year and MLB are still frighting over money

I disagree. I think mlb should be the easiest to come back really.
