The National Association of Broadcasters announced this week that 24 TV stations have flipped the switch to digital, bringing to 297 the number of local broadcasters airing DTV. With the new additions, digital TV signals are now being transmitted in 104 markets that cover 81.92 percent of U.S. TV households, the NAB said.
