    Los...
Again, assuming you've some how managed to really get three HR54s activated on one account (yes, a "very big assumption"). Then you should've simply purchased a (2nd gen.) SL-3 DSWiM LNBF that can support all 21 tuners required by the Genies such as here ...

DIRECTV Ultra HD 4K Digital Reverse Band 3 Satellite LNB (3D2RBLNB) from Solid Signal

Feeding a single 1x4 or 1x8 SWiM splitter, whichever is necessary ...

The DSWiM-30 multiswitch is only needed for commercial and MDU installs nowadays, usually fed from a six outlet SL-5RB legacy LNBF.

Is it a business account? Because they can’t activate three hr54 on one consumer account. The system won’t let them. They are probably minis.

Why don’t you post pictures of each piece of equipment next to a newspaper with today’s date to sort this out. Because based on your posts you have no clue what you have

Your original question was "Multiple hr54 instalation" which isn't allowed by DirecTV.

You could connect STBs to switches or LNBF, not to "satellites"

This is intriguing, because I have 2 legitimate, separate accounts: a legacy account that I call my main account at the family's primary house in suburban Chicago, and a secondary account at a smaller house in suburban Houston. The Houston house has a smaller subscription level because it's not used as often, meaning I'm the only one who usually is there, which occurs due to my traveling.

The main account in Chicago has an SWM13 Slimline dish and the following DVRs: two HR44s, three HR24s, one HR20-700, and one HR22. Yes, you read that correctly. It has two HR44s, the second of which was purchased outright by me. All units run fine with no issues, other than the fact that my HR22 is a piece of crap and my HR20-700 is finally slowly dying.

I recently purchased an HR54 with the required accessories and was considering trying to have it replace the HR22 and the HR20-700 on my main account. Yes, this would mean I'd have three Genies on one account. I was told by DirecTV that they WOULD activate it on my main account in this manner because I purchased and didn't lease it. Even if they didn't do that, let's say I added it to my Houston account but then brought it back to Chicago when I traveled back there and connected it in the manner I described above. From a technical standpoint, would this work?

Again, put aside for the moment the limit per account. I'm not attempting to circumvent the rules here; rather, I'm curious to know if I can use a present SWM13 setup and have two HR44s, one HR54, and three HR24s all work properly. This would, of course, mean I'd have a total of 21 tuners in use off a SWM13.

You got the answer - nope; it would be cheap self-install upgrade to new Gen2 RB LNBF with 22 tuners support.
So, get the LNBF installed and connect all your STBs to it (with appropriate splitter).
You are lucky - no minis/clients, what would be confused to which HR44/HR54 connect.

How did you get two HR44’s activated?
