My Teams | Upcoming Games removed from DVR menu

Until the recent update, I could go to Discover | Sports | My Teams | Upcoming Games and see all upcoming games for the teams I follow. I used that to program the DVR for upcoming games, but those options have now been removed. Why do these software updates have to remove existing functionality?

 

Are you saying those menu options still exist and haven't been removed by the software update?

 

It didn't help. The My Teams | Upcoming Games option has been removed from the menu by the recent update.

 

I have an HR54.

 

What model DVR and software version?

 

My HR54-700 also has the 0x1410 version of the software. I also have an HR24 connected with whole-home DVR. I wonder why those options are missing from my HR54? If CLEARMYBOX didn't fix it, what else could I try? I guess I could call DirecTV, but they never seem to have a clue.

 

Yes, I've been using that feature for years. It only disappeared from the menu recently, after the latest software update. If I go to the Scoreboard app in TV Apps, it shows my teams. And if I go to Discover / Sports/ My Teams, I see a listing of the next event for my teams. However, the navigation menu on the left side only shows the following options:

By Date
By Sport
PPV Events
Sports Shows

The My Teams Option, which previously showed all upcoming events for my team, is missing.

 

From the TV apps, nothing comes up - it just goes to a gray screen. However, if I go to Settings / Add/Edit My Teams, my teams are selected.

 

Thanks, I'm giving that a try. The software is downloading now. I'll check tomorrow and see if there is any change in the menu.
