Yeah i would like to now too. I've looked around and couldn't find an actual list for the current season or even upcomming race. The way they choose the drivers with actual in-car cameras is a lil complicated though, as it depends on many things. They look at whose currently in the top group of drivers(popular and standings wise), whos statistacly really good at the particular race track that week, but mainly 1 and thats the drivers sponsor as it costs roughly 30-50k to have the cameras in car for sponsors. And on top of that the driver has to ok it too.

Thinking about it though Fox(or maybe TNT) typically at the beginning of the race shows all the cars on screen that have in car camera for that race quickly in a grid form.

I'll try and write it down during practice/qual/happy hour.. It's certainly a lot more than the 3+1 they've been showing the first 2 races..

Well, it is so good to know that JrNation and Kahne's babe's are here to "pay" for Hotpass. NOT .........

And what's up with David Ragan ........ When I suggested a rotation of drivers, I meant Drivers. I am not a Kenseth fan per say, but I would rather see either Matt or Mark Martin on 798 instead of Ragan. Sheeze, there is such a better talent pool to pull from................14, 24 just to start numbering drivers. ;)

I sincerely hope Directv is pulling numbers on who watch's what channel. Would love to see them posted on the site.

Let me see if I understand.

Kasey Kahne - No championship, mediocre at best
Denny Hamlin - He'll do. At least he has a shot.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. - No championship. Nothing much going on. Had a famous Dad.
    David Ragan - Huh?????????

Meanwhile you have Matt Kenseth who not only has won a championship, he's won the first two races of the season. Problem is, he's not "hot" doesn't have a beer sponsor, doesn't have a "Nation" and is considerably more successful than some Roush driver who has won....nothing.

    Makes sense to me.

And before you ask, I don't expect past champions and winners every freaking week. Just some choices that make sense and are somewhat diverse. I think Hotpass is dead to me.

My guide says 798 is the Carl Edwards channel, I don't believe that Ragan will be on Hotpass today.

Yeah, my thought is that they evidently still have not fixed the audio issue. And actually it seems like instead of tuning all the channels to 796's levels from last week, that they bumped 796 to the others. Absolutely UNWATCHABLE as all you hear is the announcers and a lil garble in the background from the spotter at times that you have absolutely NO IDEA what is said.

Still pretty much worthless this week!!! Need to be able to control audio like last year.
Right now it's worse than it was last week.

Dale Jr. will have a channel as long as he is NASCAR's most popular driver. Live with it!! Go Jr.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well from the time I posted that comment above to this one it does somehow seem to be a little better now. I can actually hear the spotter though still tough to hear it clear if not trying to. Could use a few ticks up on the crew audio.

They turn that crew audio up a little more, and add the ability to have the network audio on or not, and I think this will be much better.

in the end its good to see them changing/adjusting it some though trying to fix it.

The the audio balance on the Hotpass channels are terrible. Let a race fan set the audio levels and/or bring back the audio options from last year. We want to listen to the team audio, not the network announcers. It's not worth the price we are paying.

What transponder are the Hotpass channels on? I couldn't find them in the list on the transponder thread.

They have to FIX THE AUDIO LEVELS!!
seems like they fluctuate all race on me here. sometimes I can hear the crew kinda, and sometimes there is no way im hearing anything they say over the air and its just mumbeling in the background. Esp now. Seems like the audio has gotten worse here toward the end of the race and 99% of the crew audio is completely garbage as you can't hear it at all.

I really dont understand how this is an issue this year as last year these audio problems were not an issue at all for me. Did they just throw away their notes and all and not remember what they set everything at to broadcast it?

I didn't flip to a HotPass channel once during today's race.

Sorry, but the same 3 drivers every week is MUCH worse than just JR every week.
