I was able to finally get logged in last night.
I just activated the NBA LP Broadband with the same NBA.com All-Access account used last season, I had no trouble at all just had to login to the D* account and then it authenticated successively and then you agree to all the legal Terms and conditions of the service. And that is it. I waited till after the free trial ended to attempt the activation.
Just tested the NBA Game Time app on the iPhone and it's working.
Also working on the Roku app as well.
Still can't get in. Every past year I've had to fax in a monthly billing statement. Can't even figure out how to do that now. Will try again later.
Just got NBA League pass for half off, $99 for the season. Long time subscriber, and I already got NFL package free, so felt this was very reasonable.
Tried Firefox and it worked. Chrome was the culprit for me.
Excellent, glad you got it working! I activated with Chrome browser though and had no issues. Strange how that works.
Not an NBA fan, but all LP games are in the clear ( Premier Sub ) for some reason tonight - Friday, Dec. 12.
Never dreamed they'd have a second one only six weeks into the season.
Interesting, another rare game tonight where both teams broadcasts are local OTA. Spurs @ Mavericks game at 8:30PM ET tonight. Spurs broadcast is KMYS-TV "CW35" and the Mavericks is KTXA "TXA 21". According to the guide, D* will be using the Spurs Broadcast and it will be in HD for out-of-market LP subscribers.
It must have been a late change because iN DEMAND's schedule still lists FSSW-Dallas as the feed. I looked earlier in the week and the Mavericks schedule on their site still said FSSW as well, but I do see it has since been updated. According to DISH's schedule they will be airing the game in HD but no idea what teams broadcast they will be utilizing.
FSSW shouldn't have had it from the get go because it's high school football state championships weekend and FSSW carries them. Maybe they were thinking the Mavericks would be on the alternate FSSW channel.
P.S. Go Allen - on our way to 3-peat tonight and 43 straight wins!
That makes sense, I know the Spurs had it planned for KMYS from the beginning.
Apparently FSSW is carrying the Allen vs. Houston Cypress-Ranch HS game on the main feed everywhere except for Pelicans TV market where the HS game will be on FSSW Plus+ then switched to the main feed after the Pelicans game concludes. Many of the other HS games have been on the Plus feed this week in Spurs, Pelicans, and Mavs TV markets until other games are finished then they switch the games to the main feed.
Guide is incorrect their using KTXA 21 (in HD; 1080i resolution), and it looks like they are receiving the feed directly from the NBA. Because, there is no local commercials instead you see the Stats Central slate (as if your watching it online on a PC, mobile or Roku device etc. through the NBA Game Time App)
If any NBA LP subscribers use a Custom Guide and have deleted the NHL channels from 769 to 787, please note:
3 NBA feeds will appear tonight, Friday, on NHL channels. Team's feed in bold:
769: Mavericks v Spurs
770: Jazz v Nuggets
771 Jazz v Nuggets
