You should be aiming the dish at the 61.5 and 72.7 sats. DishPointer.com will give you the correct settings for your location. Just fill in your address and scroll down to the Multi-LNB listings for the 1000.4 dish. The 1000.2 listing is for the western arc, but the 1000.4 listing for the eastern arc will work for your LNB/dish combination. Make sure your mast is absolutely plumb!

You may find it helps to use Aluminum foil to block one LNB while you get the other sighted

It really doesn't matter. The idea is to ensure that you have the correct LNB pointing to the correct satellite.

How so ? The whole point to using the foil is to block the signal going to ONE of the LNBs. Doing this will make it easier to aim the correct LNB at the correct satellite. i.e. - if you block the left (from the back looking forward) LNB on the 1000.2 Eastern arc - you will have blocked the 72.7 - if you block the right LNB, you will have blocked the 61.5. You'll want to use transponder 16 for initial spotting, then fine tune by using the weakest non-spotbeam transponder (maximize this).

now you did explain why it's matter - there are two sats and two LNBF, each must be properly alignment to own sat
imagine, you blocked one LNBF and point other to other sat - signal is there but second LNBF will show nothing after foil removed

All that was to be understood implicitly.
