Need help with DirecTV for Business android app

    Have a Samsung Tab A, fresh out of the box and updated to latest android version. Only installed one app..DirecTV for Business. I was able to set the tablet up, configured names for my recievers and created a favorite channel list. Everything worked fine. When I close the app, then reopen the app, all of my changes are lost. I repeated the steps several times, then called DirecTV. I spent over three hours on the phone getting mis-directed and re-explaining my problem over 10 times. At the end, the tech said he wanted to review my case with his supervisor, left me on hold for 20 minutes. The call was picked up by another agent so I gave up.

    I un-installed, then re-installed the app, now it won't open. As soon as it sees login credentials and tries to process them, it says the application has quit and I'm prompted to restart the app.
