    Edmond,...
I just had a Genie installed this morning.

So I now have the following:

    HR34-700
    HR21-200
    HR22-100

The installer added a SWM 16, and a couple of splitters (SWM 2 Way and SWM 4 Way). Rather than maintain the two coax connections to my HR21 and HR22 receivers he just kept one for each. I can still watch one show while recording another on both without any issues, and everything went smooth during the install, the Whole Home DVR service is active, but my HD channels seem to have disappeared on my HR21 and HR22 receivers . . . have no idea why.

I've restarted the receivers and refreshed my services, HD channels are showing up on the HR34 just fine, but still no HD channels on the other two.

I should still be receiving HD channels on all HD DVRs right?

Just checking, do you have any b band converters between the DVRs and the coax? The coax should go straight from the splitter into the DVR.

Nope. The installer said I wouldn't need them.

yup, he was correct. there should be a DECA adapter on each of your HDDVRs

I would try repeating satellite set up and make sure the dish is selected for either SL3 or SL5 depending on what you actually have

I was thinking there was a possibility he kept one. I agree with the next steps. Of course the installer should have checked all this.

The adaptor that allows the Whole Home DVR to work (COAX and Cat cable?). Yes, that's on both.

I actually have the 3-LNB satellite . . . but will repeat satellite setup and report back.

    Thanks.

Excellent, nice when it's an easy fix.

Spoke too soon . . . my local HD channels aren't showing up on the guide now. Ugh.

That is how things are setup . . . I don't have time to troubleshoot much more today. Gotta go to a volleyball tourney. :)

Is it only the HD locals not in the guide, all cable channels are there?

Only the HD channels are missing. All of the channels I'm subscribed to show up, but in SD except on the Genie.

When I switched from a 3 lnb satellite to the first 3 SWM selection the local channels disappeared completely but other HD channels showed up.

    Do you have HD locals?

Do a reset again, and then as soon as you have picture up again do another reset. You might also try reautorizing the boxes one more time first.

I have a feeling they didn't get the authorizations right the times you did it earlier.

Yes. OKC has locals in HD and I'm subscribed.

    Will do . . .

I assume the satellite setup should match on all three receivers?

Yes they should all receive the exact same things if they are all "current" Hi Definition boxes, which you have.
