I don't even get to the point of being able to select anything. If I click this link:

    I get this page:

After I click on the "Add/Remove Channels", I get to this page:
    upload_2019-6-24_12-11-16.png
Then after I click on "Change Plan", I get this:
    upload_2019-6-24_12-12-5.png
TV packages allows me to change to any current plan.
Clicking on Channel add-ons, I can add Movies Extra Pak, DOGTV, Premium & Movie Channels, Sports and International.
TV equipment & Service gives me the option to add TV Receivers, TV accessories, and DIRECTV protection plans

Maybe to add stuff, but I'll bet you cannot remove anything.

It doesn't even list the name of my plan. Just calls it 'Generic Plan Name' instead of Premier. Maybe that is why I can't do anything there?

Mine says Generic also until I click on the change, then it shows my plan.

OK my next guess then is because I have the Premiere plan there is no option available to go up in a plan and to go down you have to call.

Mine shows all the 'lessor' plans, but I'm not clicking because I don't want to give up my old plan.

Anyone calling in to request discounts on Sunday Ticket? I was looking at the thread about people reporting their experiences calling in to requests discounts on their bill, generally, and a couple of them mentioned getting discounts on Sunday Ticket. But I haven’t found any thread discussing getting discounts specifically for signing up for Sunday Ticket. Is it too early?

I don't know for sure. I would guess at this point it is still too early for the regular call-in/discount discussion on NFLST to begin this year. Another few weeks and we should be off to the races...LOL

We lost our local FOX and MNT affiliates in February and recently lost our local ABC affiliate. As I have posted elsewhere AT&T/DIRECTV appears to be playing hardball with content providers.

Have any of those disputes been settled yet in your market? Our local NBC/FOX affiliate went dark on Dish Network for approximately two months last fall, just before the new NFL season kicked off. Being somewhat knowledgeable about the process after my time in television, my instinct was "Oh, this won't last too long, they can't risk losing revenue during the NFL season and new fall programming." But it continued. I said, "Surely they won't risk this going into November sweeps?" And they did for the first three days.

Hardball is apparently the norm, now.

No, they haven't been settled. We also lost The Smithsonian Channel because of the CBS fiasco.

Just got a letter from Directv today informing me that my NFL Sunday Ticket will be renewed for six payments of $48.99 beginning on an “upcoming bill.” It also invites me to upgrade to Max and gives me a date of 9/22 to cancel if I don’t want it. Looks like it may be time to start playing CSR Roulette to see if they have any discounts they’re willing to offer on the package. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if all the old discounts (or most of them) from the old days before ATT took over have dried up.

I just got a great discount on the regular Sunday ticket. They took off $25 for 12 months, no 2 year commitment. And offered the regular Sunday ticket at $38 a month. So I'm making $ over the next year. If you call, tell them you want discount because of the CBS fiasco
