Well I'm wondering was this apart of superfan last year? Also I see it saying you can watch games on your mobile or your computer. Is it true you will be able to watch games over the computer? Or is that only for people who can't get Directv, and NFL ST at home?

It was part of the Superfan last year. It allows you to watch games via an app on your iphone or ipod touch (or other smart phone) or on your computer with a downloaded program. Even though it is advertised with a standalone price, you have to be a regular Sunday Ticket subscriber in order to get the To Go package.

And it's been available for a number of years on the computer. At least three I believe.

Well how exactly do you go about watching games on the computer once the season starts? I found the app for my android phone.

Just log into your DirecTV account, install the software and you're done. Then on Sunday, launch software, it'll ask you to log in and you're watching games. :)

Also don't be shocked if the Phone app advises you that you need to subscribe. I was told by the CSR that the app won't be active till the season starts.

I don't like the fact that this just showed up on my bill, as a renewal. I never had or paid for it before. It forced me to call up and cancel since I couldn't do it on line.

Does this app allow for multiple sign on's? Or is it limited to just one person?

It showed up as an automatic renewal for anyone who had Superfan last year, same as Sunday Ticket itself. I understand your concern but when I called to cancel it, I also asked about and got the $120 discount for Sunday Ticket. I'm kind of lazy about calling for those discounts, so forcing me to call to cancel "To Go" also helped me get that discount.

Last year, the online version only allowed one log in at a time. I assume it will be the same this year. And you had to use the same user ID and password as the one you log into your DIRECTV account with. So you have to be careful if you plan to sign up and let someone else use it for free or for a fee.

Actually, you had to add SF last year, to get Supercast. So if you had SF last year, it appears that they renewed "To Go" to replace Supercast. And for me, its actually better this year because the parts of SF that I want, HD and Mix, are included in ST this year.

It cost $100 before (had to have Superfan). So it wasn't "free" before.

Well, last year, SF was purchased to get me HD. The Supercast was a throw-in.

I was excited about it until I saw the quality. It was absolute garbage, even on wifi.

I just canceled my To Go too. The Rep was going to give it to me free but since I already have the $10x6 off of ST she couldn't do it. I'll use Sprint NFL mobile on my EVO.

I just called and got the following deal:

    1. NFL Ticket for 1 payment of $299.00 (minus a $120 credit)
    2. NFL To-Go for Free

I have been a NFL Ticket subscriber for 6 years... I also call every year and tell them I am going to quit because new people get better deals -- took very little conversation to make this deal happen.

What do you mean by "the $120 discount?" Is it there just for the asking?
