This is very frustrating. DTV customer since 1994, 8 TV's, premium service including monthly service agreement. I don't think I could spend more money if I tried. I read through this thread yesterday and spent an hour on the phone with customer service, loyalty dept, NFL dept (new?), and finally VIP dept. I am usually very good at this. I was not able to squeeze one dime out of them. I was very frustrated, as was the VIP rep who's hands were tied. I cancelled the auto renew NFL Sunday ticket (at full price mind you) and am hoping something breaks in the next couple weeks.
