NFL Sunday Ticket 2021

    This is very frustrating. DTV customer since 1994, 8 TV's, premium service including monthly service agreement. I don't think I could spend more money if I tried.
    I read through this thread yesterday and spent an hour on the phone with customer service, loyalty dept, NFL dept (new?), and finally VIP dept. I am usually very good at this.
    I was not able to squeeze one dime out of them. I was very frustrated, as was the VIP rep who's hands were tied. I cancelled the auto renew NFL Sunday ticket (at full price mind you) and am hoping something breaks in the next couple weeks.

    You should actually cancel your service. Tell them you want a dissconnect date of like 9/8. That way it doesn't cancel right away. Then either they will call you or you can call them in like three days. If they call you, you will get all kids of deals. If you call them, you can ask them what they are willing to do to get a loyal and expensive customer such as yourself back. If that still doesn't work, you can just call in before 9/8 and tell them you changed your mind.

    I never got an email but my account shows it on my bill at $0 and channel 112 says I’m authorized.

    So I guess I have it for this year?

    I am in the same boat. I got Sunday Ticket free last year with an EMAIL stating that, this year no EMAIL but it shows on my online programming at $0 and my bill dated 8-30-21 does not have a Sunday Ticket charge, so I guess it is free again. Not complaining, just weird.

    Had to make a few phone calls and put on hold for a few minutes. But, the Directv CSR's finally came through for me with Sunday Ticket Max ($395.94 value) at no charge, with no auto-renew. Directv/ATT has always been pretty fair with discounts for me. Been a constant customer since 9/10/1994.

    I also noticed the $0 ST charge on my most recent bill and saw it was authorized on channel 112. One less thing to ask them about when I make my annual call to renew the monthly discount. I know someone who just received the ST Max for free today by simply asking their FB Messenger chat and mentioning how people have gotten an email saying they are getting it free.

    Thought I would give Twitter another try. Sent a message to them @ 12:37 pm Monday. It is now 1:10 pm Monday and still no reply back from them. So 33 minutes and counting. Seems slow to me.

    Sorry, I didn't mean for that to come off like you were doing something wrong. I just meant it like I don't know why you are having issues since my experience was good.

    My expectations with a corporate twitter account vary. I hope to hear back within a couple hours usually. So maybe give it some more time....but it is kinda slow.

    Yeah I didn't mean I thought you were saying I did something wrong. Since the new company was formed they are not replying back like they did before. It has no been almost an hour and half and I haven't heard back from my Twitter or Facebook message to them.

    Twitter or Facebook DirecTV still has not responded. Tried chat on MyATT app. Still no deal on NFL ST Max. Rep suggested calling 800-531-5000 so I tried that. Still nothing offered. I'll live without it.

    I'd give you the same advice I gave someone else. Actually cancel your service. Give them a termination date of like 9/8. After a few days, they will either call you with offers to get you to come back or you can call them to see what they will do to get you back. I did that one year and they gave me anything and everything they could to get me back.

    I sent a DM on Twitter to @directv today and was immediately placed in a queue. I asked for NFLST for free. Waited about 30 minutes and got a rep who asked if I had received anything about this offer. I said no, but I had heard about others who had received this. They sent me a link to verify my account, and once verified, they were able to give me the "2021 NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX 100% Off Loyalty Offer." I mentioned that the first installment had already hit my August statement, and they issued a credit for that charge. This was by far the easiest way I've ever dealt with DTV, highly recommend. I'm a customer since 1999, which they did mention when they looked up my account.

    That's pretty much how my experience with their Twitter went as well. It was super easy. Certainly the easiest time I've ever had making $400.

    Yes, that is the Twitter account that I sent the DM to. I’m not sure if it matters, but I also follow that account on Twitter. I received a response within 2 minutes of sending the DM.

    I also follow that account. I sent a message at 8:59 pm last night and they still have not "seen" it yet.

    Mine got kicked over to @ATTHelp once I started engaging with them. You could try that one and see if it is any faster.
